The 2024 conference offers various participation options: delegate (member & non-member), student, exhibitor & speaker (only available to confirmed speakers). Conference delegate, student & speaker registrations include access to all conference sessions, keynotes, welcome reception, refreshment breaks & lunches. Additional side-events & workshops may be extra or exclusive to MRC members only.
**All fees are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to 15% HST.

As an exhibitor, your company can display banner stands, company information, visuals and product, and will be listed on the conference website and app with a profile and logo, increasing your reach and visibility. You will also receive One (1) complementary conference delegate pass.

Please note: The conference does NOT provide invitation letters nor support towards the visa application process. Any out of country registrants would be responsible for securing their own travel visas and making their own arrangements. All registrants, regardless of their country, are subject to the same registration and cancellation terms.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations received in writing will be accepted up to and including five business days prior to the event date. A refund will be issued minus a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than five business days prior to the event will not be accepted however substitutions are welcome.
